Illustrator (24.0.1) problem on text double click

I am working on Illustrator (24.0.1), Here I have faced problem on TEXT TOOL

When I have selected typed text in Artbord with double click so there is not coming text tools.

Can you solve this problem.

See if Preferences > Type > Type Object Selection by Path Only is checked.
