Illustrator 24.1 locks up if connected to network

Has anyone had an issue with Illustrator 24.1 locking up when on a network or connected to wifi?

Indesign and Photoshop do not have this issue. Only Illustrator.

Illustrator becomes unusable. Slow response time, can't click on tools or layers, etc. if on a network.

If I disconnect from WiFi then it works fine.

Anyone got a fix?
