Illustrator 25.2.1 SVG export broken

For years, I have been able to export SVG files for web (so that they can receive a color through CSS).  However, now with 25.2.1, this is broken.  The SVG will export, but the options "SVG Code" and globe (launches a web browser) buttons are greyed out, and the exported SVG is not able to receive colors through CSS.  I have attached an example of one of these non-working SVGs.
