Illustrator 25.2.2 resize in percentage bug?

When I resize the Hight or Width in transform window using the % method. It will not come out the right valuue.

e.g. My original height is 300PX, I typed 50% in the box. Then the result is 15px......

Is it a bug? Or my setting have somthing wrong?

Is that perhaps a large canvas document?

Yeah, I am getting that result in Large Canvas documents. Looks like a bug/oversight.
