Illustrator 25.4 no longer types German umlauts (ü, ö)

Hallo,

ich habe AI 25.4 gerade installiert. Kann normal Text einfügen, aber keine Umlaute schreiben (egal in welcher Schrift). Bei der Vorschau kann ich aber bei "Beispiel" Vorschautexte mit Umlaten auswählen und sehe sie ohne Probleme.

In anderen Programmen wie InDesign oder Word Programmen, ist es gar kein Problem. Auch kann ich ein "ö" von Word nach Illustrator kopieren und es funktioniert.

Die Tastatur vom System (Windows 10) ist auch auf Deutsch eingestellt.

Beim schreiben von Umlaten, wird einfach nichts geschrieben.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich machen könnte?

Same. Auch grade festgestellt das seit dem Updaten auf 25.4 in der älteren Version funktioniert alles ganz normal.

With Adobe Illustrator CC 2021 (25.4.0) under macOS 10.14.6 and macOS 11.4, it seems that you can no longer type a small ö or ü (regardless of the font), the letters simply do not appear. Can anyone else confirm this? This is not a problem in older versions of AI.

Emergency solution: The <¨> <u> keys result in an ü, where <¨> = <alt><u>. It's the same with ö.

Habe das gleiche Problem am MAC mit ü und ö in Kleinbuchstaben. Großbuchstaben und ä gehen.

Unfortunately, I can no longer type small ü and ö in Illustrator. It goes in capital letters. In all other Adobe programs too. So it's not the keyboard. If I prescribe and copy the text in InDesign, for example, it will be properly adopted.
Does anyone know advice?

I ment...in all other programs it works. So it could not be the keybord. Does anybody know, what to do?

Can you access them in the Glyphs panel?

The keyboard does not write a litte ü and no little ö. It is only an Adobe Illustator problem. E.g. In Design: no problem. The setting is German, I tried different fonts like Helevtiva, Arial, etc. We tried different keyboards as well. It is not an MAC problem we double checkd with the apple supprt. Any idea?
