Hi. Since I've installed the new Illustrator update, it won't load. It is being loaded for several minutes but the program does not appear. The only solution is to force exit. I had to reinstall the previous version because there is no way to load version 25

Illustrator 25 has finished loading! Approximately 90 minutes has taken

I think the problem is with the time it takes to load! Yesterday I left Illustrator 25 loading and left (I forgot) and this morning it was loaded and perfectly operational after all night. I don't know how long it takes to charge but I think it's hours. Now, I just did a 30 minute test and it still isn't loaded. It appears with the option "Forces exit" available ... I'll let you see if it ends up loading. Meanwhile, I use version 24

After a night with the computer asleep, this morning I try to load Illustrator 25 again and the same thing happens ... it does not load and the only option is to force exit

I'm having the same problem on Macbook pro running Mojave (10.14.6). The weird thing thing is, I updated to Illustrator version 25 on the 23rd, was using it during the week and yesterday, after restarting my pc, it suddenly wouldn't open up.

I have restarted the computer several times since the update but I just did it again and now the new version of Illustrator has loaded correctly ... case closed!

Have you tried to quit out of Creative Cloud and log back in?

I did it. Also I've uninstalled and re-install. At the moment, I have version 25 and previous installed at the same time but version 25 still does not load
