Illustrator 26.4 crashes when creating new file

Hi there,

Since it's update Adobe Illustrator 26.4 crashes (Not responding error message) when I try to create a new file, and/or try to open a new file. 

I have tried the following but nothing worked.

1.Reset the preferences

2.Re-install software

3.Suggestions mentioned here https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/adobe-illustrator-26-4-starts-but-when-i-try-to-execute-any-command-it-immediately-crashes/m-p/13092216#M329740 (I couldn't clear the font cache though - system didn't allow it.

Any help, would be much appreciated.
