Illustrator 27.0.1 crashing when saving as EPS

Hi, since updating to Illustrator 27.0.1 I have an ongoing issue with Illustrator haning and then crashing when saving as an Illustrator EPS.

I have tried multiple files, restarted both application and computer numerous times.

Was all working fine before the update.

Anyone else having this same issue?
