Illustrator 27.3.1 print issues

There is now a secondary window that opens when I select setup and try to print from Illustrator and I can't get any of my printers to work.  I uninstalled and reinstalled all the way back to the 26 versions and the window now pops up on all versions of Illustrator.  I can't use any of my lasers or printers with this new window. (Nor do any work)  I spent 4 hours on the phone with tech support.  He insisted it is my driver and so I reinstalled my driver and nothing.  This secondary window still pops up.

Anyone else run into this?  Anyone have any idea how to disable this secondary window?

Sorry to hear that the steps provided did not help resolve the problem. The new Print Window has been introduced with the Windows 11 22H2 operating system update and is controlled by the Operating System. Would you mind confirming if this window shows up when printing from other apps as well? If yes, you might need to contact your system manufacturer or approach Microsoft Support for help with disabling/circumventing this feature.

Maybe you should contact the developers or find the cause in your device.

I spent 4 hours on the phone with them already with nothing resolved.

Is the printer driver compatible with your system?

It has for the last 5 years.  Illistrator worked fine the day before and what ever was updated on the 9th completely screwed up everything.  Photoshop did not update automatically and so it still prints as before
