Illustrator 30.8 freeze quand on importe une image jpg

Question

Après avoir fait la mise à jour illustrator 30.7 vers la version 30.8, illustrator se fige lors d’une importation d’image jpg. Pas de message d’erreur, impossible de quitter sauf avec le gestionnaire des taches de windows. Donc je suis revnu à la version 30.7 pour finir mon travail avec importation d’image.

Hi ​@pierres60168734,Sorry to hear that Illustrator 30.8 is freezing when you try to import JPG images, especially since the same workflow works correctly in 30.7.To help isolate this, could you please create a new blank document in 30.8 and try placing a few different JPG files saved locally on your Desktop? Please also test with a newly created JPG file and try the same image as a PNG to see whether the issue is specific to JPG files.Please also switch to View > Preview on CPU and try placing the JPG again. If that works, update your GPU driver and Windows before testing again.
