Illustrator 30.8 freeze quand on importe une image jpg

Après avoir fait la mise à jour illustrator 30.7 vers la version 30.8, illustrator se fige lors d’une importation d’image jpg. Pas de message d’erreur, impossible de quitter sauf avec le gestionnaire des taches de windows. Donc je suis revnu à la version 30.7 pour finir mon travail avec importation d’image.

    @Anubhav M Hi, no more problems with images since i have installes Illustrator 30.8.2.

    Sorry to hear that Illustrator 30.8 is freezing when you try to import JPG images, especially since the same workflow works correctly in 30.7.

    To help isolate this, could you please create a new blank document in 30.8 and try placing a few different JPG files saved locally on your Desktop? Please also test with a newly created JPG file and try the same image as a PNG to see whether the issue is specific to JPG files.

    Please also switch to View > Preview on CPU and try placing the JPG again. If that works, update your GPU driver and Windows before testing again. You can find Adobe’s GPU troubleshooting steps here:

    If the issue continues, please try resetting Illustrator preferences manually and retest:

    If the same JPG consistently works in 30.7 but freezes 30.8, please continue using 30.7 as a temporary workaround and share the affected JPG, your GPU details/driver version, and a short screen recording with us so we can investigate further.

    Hi  Abhishek Rao, J’ai réinstallé illustrator 30.8.1 Si je fais un nouveau document vide, cela fonctionne, je peux importer des images. Par contre, si j’ouvre un document illustrator qui a été fait avec la version 30.7, illustrator 30.8.1 se bloque pendant 3 minutes ou même freeze Illustrator 30.8 Ce document contient une image maquette adobe stock (celle qui plantait illustrator 30.8 à l’import hier). Toutefois cela ne se produit pas pour tous mes anciens fichiers. A suivre donc, je vais continuer de tester la 30.8.1 et si cela ne fonctionne pas je reviendrai à la 30.7.
