Illustrator 30 won't launch due to permission settings

Hi,

I am having trouble with launching the latest version of Illustrator 30.0. When I try to open I receive a message stating that I need to update my permission settings to read & write as they are currently at read only. I have changed these settings as per the instructions but still continue to receive the same message when I try to open.

Has anyone else had the same issue?
