Bonjour, je n'arrive pas a ouvrir l'application illustrator. J'ai télécharger Créative cloud mais pas moyen. Voici le message que j'ai "Impossible de charger les fichiers de ressources traduits. Pour corriger ce problème, veuillez réinstaller l’application".

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind uninstalling (https://adobe.ly/4eueyBz) and then reinstalling (https://adobe.ly/3Xvayd9) Illustrator to check if it helps?

If you're unable to remove Illustrator using the steps shared above, try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/3Bbrj5I).
