Why can't open Adobe Illustrator 6 on my MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.6? I get an Error: 1 message.

I assume that you mean CS6 Illustrator (released in 2012) rather than Illustrator 6 which was released almost thirty years ago. At any rate CS6 is not officially supported for Mojave. Which means that running CS6 may or may not be possible depending on the computer. Was Illustrator ever working correctly on your machine?
