Illustrator Action - Not Recording Image Trace Preset

Hello,

I'm trying to create an action using the Image Trace Preset > Sketched Art

But the Action Panel is not recording what preset to use, it's just blank - see attached screenshot 

I'm using Illustrator 27.8

Actions don't record the image trace preset unfortunately.
