Illustrator Action saving file to multiple file types ISSUE

I have created a simple action to save my CS6 Illustator (Mac) file to the following four file types:

1. EPS (downsave to Illustrator 10)
2. SVG (1.1)
3. JPEG (Save for Web)
4. PNG (Save for Web)

I just want it to save all four files in the same folder location with the same filename (as the open Illustrator .ai file) - which I believe it should do by default.

The "Save for Web" JPEG and PNG files seem to be causing a problem. The action changes their file name to the name of the folder (which is "1") and saves them back one folder in the stack (so they are not in folder "1" with the EPS and SVG files.

I've tried reordering the steps in the action, but that didn't fix it either.
