illustrator adds unnecessary anchor points to the path after I finished editing it

Hi all,
After I finished editing path (with curvature tool), it was modifying by Illustrator - some new anchor points were added or changed and the shape became different a bit. I have this problem with almost each path I created.

I deleted these points but had the same issue right after I finished path editing. Again and again.

Can I somehow turn off this "auto-improvement" of my path?
I just want to get exactly the same path I draw.
