Illustrator always clicks so that I can't choose a button

Dear Sir or Madame

I have a Windows and want to use Illustrator.

If I open a file, Illustratr always click so that I can't choose a button. for example: I want to click on "Datei" then my cursor click once again and the windows is closing.

I have already uninstall the programm, but it doesn't work.

Can you help me?

    Which system?

    What kind of pointing device do you use?

    Is there any software installed that enhances the behaviour of the pointing device?

    It's the illustrator CC 2017.I use the touch pad or a mouse, but I have the problem with booth and I haven't any software, which has an effect on the pointing device.

    I have Microsoft Windows 10 Home, X555LA (Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393).

    So you get double clicks instead of single clicks?
    Or multiple clicks?

    Is this only happening in Illustrator?

    Which other application is running? Browsers? E-Mail? Antivirus? Banking software? ...
