illustrator always says "not responding"

NO matter what i do illustrator is always freezing. It always shows "not responding". The problem occurs everytime, when i launch illustrator it freezes, if somehow by luck it launched properly then if i try to create a rectangle or type something in new fresh artboard, it again freezes. If i try to open any ai projects from my computer it again freezes. Can anyone tell why this "not responding" is occuring all the time?

Adobe version: Adobe Illustrator 2021 version 23. (I am currently using the latest available in creative cloud)

My PC specifications: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz, Windows 10 , 64 bit, ram is 8gb

8 GB of RAM is at the very low end.

So when you shut down everything else, it still does not work? Especially shut down your browser - they eat RAM for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And then reboot the computer.

Already done those things. I have even contacted the adobe support team and they spented an hour troubleshooting but no success.

My laptop is using intel graphics HD 620, do you think this is were the problem is? As the system requirements says Intel graphics 4000 or 5000 etc.

The graphic card can be the source of issues. Maybe someone has more insights into graphic card specs than I do. You could also search for that specific card on the forum, if someone has already reported it because of issues.
