Illustrator App say "Request Access"

I have purchase Illustrator for 1 Year, but now getting error says "Request Access", I try login from Cloud Account there's no option for grant access, i try uninstall form cloud maybe some error i think, but when try installing again, the app still say "request acces" and i can't install illustrator, please help
