Illustrator Artboard Disappearance Bug

This issue occurs in Illustrator (version 27.9) after working on a file for an extended period.
Additionally, there are intermittent occurrences of a brief black screen and unresponsive buttons within the software interface.

The only way to resolve this issue is by restarting my computer, but I would like to find a better solution to this.

What are we supposed to see in that video? The flickering? Do you have Photoshop running?

 

Does this get better when you go into CPU preview?

In the video I show how it is not visible even when I click "Fit on screen" or when I click the shortcut to center the artboard in the view. Unfortunately I wasn't able to capture the black screens in time.

I wasn't using Photoshop and nothing changed with CPU preview.

Hello @Alextizze,

 

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.
