Illustrator Artwork 25.0 showing text in thumbnails

Hi everyone,I have a recent problem in that my AI design files are showing in my thumbnails as text with no image.I can only open the files from my personal archives but I can't open the files from the AI interface...I would be grateful for any solutions!Jane

If I understand correctly you still have some way to open them?

I don't know where you saved them, but they look damaged.

If so I would open them from your personal archives and make a backup and do a save as on an internal hard disk.

Maybe you could save them in the local Creative Cloud Files folder, it will automatically make a copy to the creative cloud.
