Illustrator Asset Export Corrupts PNG files?

Has anyone experienced PNG files getting corrupt when exporting from Asset export? I delivered a package of PNG files to a colleague, and he keeps getting a corruption error when trying to import them into Adobe premier. Any help would be much appreciated!

Its not an Adobe Illustrator Issue, It is Premiere Pro, there was a bug on 12.1 (NAB update) with PNG files,
tell your colleague to update to the lastest bug fix update launched today. And It might work fine!

As per your query when you export assets to PNG , the file gets corrupted?

As Franco said, it is a known error with Premiere Pro, update application and it should fix it. Franco, thanks for sharing this.
