Illustrator autosave constantly deactivated, won't save in cloud

Hi, I am running Illustrator 28.72 und 29 on windows 11.

Whenever I open a cloud file I immediately get  message "Auto Save disabled, save manually." Every time!

Whenever I am trying to save the changes of this document into the Cloud, I click on save and then nothing happens. when I try to save it in the cloud under a different name, as a copy, it won't save. This has been goign on for a week now. No matter what I do it will not save the changes in this cloud file or this document as a copy in the cloud, I can only save it locally. 

I reinstalled Illustrator, restarted my computer, I worked from different wifis, both with stable internet connection, I have have a newer and an older version and this keeps happening in both. How do I fix it?
