Illustrator beta 26.0 642 Error loading Plug-ins and Debug Event on launch

I installed the latest beta of Illustrator 26.0 642 and now when I try to launch it I get two dialogs pop up (see attached). The first one says "Error loading Plug-ins" and has a list of those it can find/load and the second one is a Debug Event dialog, which reappears at least 4 times when I choose Ignore. Please let me know how to fix these issues or do I just need to wait for another beta update? Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We are constantly improving the experience of the app. I was also getting the same error on macOS only. After updating to v26.0.667, the issue got resolved for me. Let us know how it goes after updating to the latest beta.

Please feel free to reach out if you run into other issues or questions. We'd be happy to help.

Regards,

Hi Anshul, thanks for your reply - Unfortunatley, I don't see the option to update to 26.0.667 in my version of the Creative Cloud app?

Hello again Anshul - I found the update by choosing Check for Update from the menu. It just wasn't showing in the main CC app screen! So all good now - however now my Libraries aren't working? I've downloaded and tried to install the latest version but it still won't show up. The do work in the non-beta version. 🙂

Hi. You need to post this in the private Beta program forum.

Hi Marlon, thanks for your reply. However, I don't know how to access that forum?
