Illustrator beta - Mockup

Hi,

I would like to put my logo on a jpg image of a t-shirt. 

I selected both my design (vector) and my image, clicked on Create... and it's kind of working, I mean I can move my logo, but it's weird its only around the t-shirt and not ON the t-shirt. What am I doing wrong?
