Illustrator beta tutorial crashed my laptop

Do you remember the name of the video tutorial you watched? (I'm not seeing any specifically about Beta in the public build). What OS is your computer?

To confirm: you were not using Illustrator Beta; you were watching a tutorial on it, is that correct? How was Illustrator Beta involved with the crash?

If you are on Windows, try a web search for [can't reboot laptop]. There are lots of hits, but I can't vouch for any of them. 

If you have a Mac, call Apple.
