Illustrator Blue Font Warning Box cannot be closed and remains on screen at all times.

I have an issue where I get the Type I Font Warnig box each time I open legacy file. The big problem is that  it is not contained to the screenn... it runs off to the right side and I cannot close the box. So it is visible and covers my documents whenever I am using illustrator and makes it very difficult to work.

Ay thoughts on how i can stop this warnning from happening, or close the blue warning box?

OK, weird.

This is not a Mac OS beta?

Do you have a secong (or third) monitor attached?

Spaces or any weird desktop setups?

Did you already reset the preferences? This will erase all your settings.
