illustrator bug

hi im currently having an issue with illustrator, it keeps closing within a few seconds after opening. this happened after the resent update. i kind of need this figured out as soon as possible since i am a student that needs this for my school work.

Would you mind trying the suggestions shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html) and checking if it helps?

Also, if you use a Wacom tablet, kindly revert to an older driver version (6.4.0-11) and share your observations.

 

Additionaly, kindly share the crash report by following the steps in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html). While submitting the report, kindly use the same email account used here in the community so we can locate it quickly.

First of all you could submit the crash report, so it can be analyzed. This could give pointers to your issue very quickly.

And you could downgrade the driver for the Wacom tablet. The latest driver has been an issue for many people.

Please tell us the version number, your system information and your hardware specifications, particularly the amount of RAM.

illustrator (27.2)  RAM- 32GB i check every box to be able to run it and i have never had this problem until today. after this update and i also updated my wacom board yesterday so it might have been that but i am not sure.
