Illustrator bug with shape

Question

Hi everyone!The other day using Illustrator at one point it no longer allowed me to move any objects, it makes me select them but when I click on the object to move it, I make the gesture of dragging it and when I release the computer (windows) it issues the classic error sound.I tried creating new documents, uninstalling the program and reinstalling it, restarting the computer but nothing.I do not know what to do!If anyone knows how to help me I would be gratefulMany thanks in advance!

Please close everything and reboot the computer. Then launch only Illustrator. Chrome is known for causing all kinds of issues.

Working on the old document or creating a new one makes me create shapes but doesn't make them move in any way.
I'm using a bluetooth mouse, but I've tried unplugging it and nothing changes.
I have illustrator 2023 on a 2019 Asus Notebook.
In addition to illustrator I have Chrome open and the Creative Cloud app
