Illustrator can't create New document or open any file or import any photo

_I tried lagecy file in preference and not working

_Also uxp to uxp.old

_I reset preference and failed

_I try to fix permission in (program data/Adobe ) and

(Program file/Adobe )

(User/ appData/ illustrator 29 settings ) also not working
