Illustrator can't preview and all files washed out

Hi,

It seems like my working file is broken.

If I open the file it shows popup window that it can't finishing preview. As soon as I get into the file, it loads washed out artboards like this.

I cannot export any artboards. If I copy and paste to new file it pastes same washed out broken ones.

Can anybody help me out with this?

Which version?

WHich system?

Where did you get those files?

Are those Illustrator files?

Where have they been saved, how did you open them, have they been ransferred? etc. PLease tell us about those files.
