Illustrator can't see my tablet

Literally an hour ago, everything worked perfectly. Then all of a sudden Illustrator stopped seeing my tablet. None of the tablet features work. Everything works fine in Photoshop. Illustrator updated to the latest version, tried reinstalling the tablet driver. It did not help. How can I fix it?

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind turning off Windows Ink under the tablet driver settings and checking if it helps?

Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-20de74e0-ac7f-3502-a866-32915af2a34d) and share your observations.

If the issue persists, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator and a screen recording of the problem so that we can investigate this further.
