Illustrator CC 2015 does not start, what should I do?

I have a valid license, would you please let me know how can I start Illustrator.

Troubleshooting shows the program is "incompatible" with Windows 8. That happened within the last month, it was compatible before.

    Hi imtib,

    If I get the issue, your Illustrator is not starting? Does it means it's not launching at all? What is the error message you get? Do you get the splash screen when you double click the launch icon? Please share a screenshot as well so that we can try to assist you further.

    The program does not start at all. No window opens. It is configured for Windows 8, which is installed on my computer.  I ran compatibility troubleshooter  and it results in "program incompatibility detected". I recently allowed Microsoft to update my Windows 8.  I need to contact Adobe by phone immediately,  Please send me an email with a contact number. This is an urgent issue and I can;t find a phone contact on your website. I cannot wait other 48 hrs for someone to send me more questions. I should greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.
