Illustrator CC 2017 - CPU usage bug?

Hello everyone, i hope an adobe certified expert can answer my questions i have.

we got a new workstation at the office a week ago.

Work setup.

  • Intel Xeon E5-2630 v4, 25mb cache CPU ( 10 cores )
  • Asus nvidia GTX 1080 8gb RAM GPU ( factory overclocked )
  • 32 GB ram
  • and a few SSD disc´s in raid configuration to speed things up even more.

This is a video of me using this setup in illustrator, as you can see it´s laggy as hell.

at most, my cpu usage peaks at 20%, i have never ever seen it go higher than that.

ram, well there´s no issue here, and the gpu isnt even stressed at all by some vectors and images.

Next setup.

my home gaming rig.

  • i5 6600 Skylake CPU
  • nvidia GTX 1060 6GB Ram
  • 12gb RAM
  • one SSD disc.

Using the same exact document in a different and much much SLOWER computer.

the result is, 100% cpu use and working FLAWLESSLY

How do i fix this?

And if i cant fix this issue, when will you guys at Adobe recognize this as a CRITICAL bug, and take it further.

ive been subscribing since day one to your cloud solution, and this has been an ongoing error for so many years.

if i take into account on all the extra hours this shit has caused me in my work, it would be weeks.

To point out, my work setup rig, works 100% fine in Photoshop, Indesign, Cinema4D, Maya etc etc, and they utilize all 20 cores perfectly and there is no whatsoever lag or hangups.

Same issue here. I have been on with Adobe Support for over an hour, done screen share, remote control session, uninstalled and reinstalled, stopped creative cloud syncing, and stopped dropbox syncing --- STILL SAME ISSUE, NO RESOLUTION.
