Illustrator CC 2017 Extremely slow

Hi,

When i update the illustrator to latest version CC 2017 i got some issue with the performance ,

the CC 2017 is very slow on Windows 10 and he lagging my mouse the windows also,

note: i was try CC 2017 on iMac without any issue and working fine,

my PC specs:

Intel Xeon W3520

12 GB Ram

GeForce 750Ti

is the Adobe cloud downloading anything else.
Have you restarted you computer

Hi Mike,

i was reset my preferences and restart my PC and still the same issue,

i have ESET Nod 32 Smart Security but the issue isn't related to the antivirus application,

i was remove illustrator 2017 and now i use 2015

Hi Wael,

Sorry that 2017 is not working well for you, sounds like 2015 is though. Might be a few months before the next upgrade, which they may address issues people are experiencing.
