Illustrator CC 2017 freezing and crashing constantly

Attached a short video of what happens every time I save a document.

The file weighs 760 kb, the photos are linked and save the pdf preview, to

speed up.

    Sorry but without knowing your OS & Illustrator version I cannot offer much help, except to say that turning PDF compatible off  during save as will make your files smaller faster. Your post suggests the opposite. Removing PDF compatible will make you computer work less hard, but you likley have some other issues that might relate to your cloud account or having conflicting software or hardware issue on your computer.

    - Quando apro illustrator oppure photoshop, per circa venti secondi la tastiera non funziona

    - ogni volta che importo un pdf, tiff, psd, illustrator "non risponde" per alcuni minuti

    - ogni volta che creo un pdf, illustrator "non risponde" per alcuni minuti

    - ogni volta che salvo in .ai, illustrator "non risponde" per alcuni minuti

    - quando "non risponde" lo schermo diventa completamente bianco

    Hi try to update for 2018 version and install fresh copy  by removing current by using creative cloud remove tool hope that helps...Thanks
