Illustrator CC 2017 still crashing while saving

Hi,

I have Illustrator CC 2017 and it still crashings while saving. (on Macbook)

No warnings appear on the screen.

After I pressed "Save" the rainbow loading icon appears and when I go to "Force Quit" it says "Illustrator CC 2017 is not responding"

I tried to delete all downloaded fonts, uninstall and instal again the software, try to save without "Compatible for PDF", instal the latest version, but nothing is working,

Please! I need your help!

Thank you so much,

Thomas

Does this happen with every save? During save your cloud subscription is checked, let me know if this resolves this issue.

RESET OOBE

Quit Illustrator & Creative Cloud (go to cloud icon on top right, click on gear icon, quit)

Mac Finder >> Shift Command G

enter: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

Move your OOBE folder somewhere (eg: desktop)

CLOUD CACHE RESET

Finder >> Command+Shift+G

~/Library/Caches/CloudKit/

Trash: CloudKitMetadata, CloudKitMetadata-shm, CloudKitMetadata-wal

Hi! I'm having the exact same issue, but unfortunately, the solution you posted didn't work in my case. Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Then you are not having the exact same issue, but experiencing a similar problem.

Start a new post, and will be happy to help you.  Please provide more information such as does this happen every time, and even with a newly created  file with just one shape.  Could be fonts, image, corrupt prefs, network.
