Illustrator cc 2018 boot up problem with plug-in

hey,

i have a problem with my illustrator cc 2018 it doesn`t boot up.

i have tried everthing, i think the problem is the plug-in map, want when i delete that map illustrator boots ups

but than it doesn`t show the Inventory GUI

The system I use is : Windows 10

and yes I have tried resetitng the preferences

Please contact Adobe support.they should be able to get your install running

When you installed the update did you trash the old preferences?

We could not understand the term plugin map. are you referencing some third party map plugin?

Can you please get in touch with Adobe support. They should be able to get your installation working.
