ILLUSTRATOR CC 2018 crash on startup

Hi guys. Here's a screenshot of my missing plugin when I launch illustrator. I'm just starting out and I really am confused with this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and problem still persists. Please help

Hi,

When you did the Uninstall/Reinstall did you remove the old preferences and make sure that you didn't bring back the old ones?
