This problem just started today and has always ran stable since I installed it in December. All other apps open and run fine.

1. I have no prior installations of Adobe CC on this machine conflicting with CC2019

2. I have no plugins installed

Troubleshooting Steps I have already taken:

1. Restarted Computer (no success)
2. Remove Illustrator Prefs and Cache then restarted (no success)

3. Uninstalled Illustrator and Prefs using CC Application Manager then restarted computer (no success)

SYSTEM:

OS 10.13.6

Model: MacPro5,1, BootROM MP51.0089.B00, 6 processors, 6-Core Intel Xeon, 3.46 GHz, 32 GB, SMC 1.39f11

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680, PCIe

Crash Report

Please help I am out of ideas if a reinstall doesn't fix it! I am unable to work.

Been having the same issue. Tried everything including running under "root" and using"Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool" full wipe and reinstall. Did not resolve. But turning off internet seems to be a quick fix. A pain in the a** but it works.

Turn OFF internet for a quick fix.

Hope this helps.

Now InDesign is producing the same crash report. But Photoshop is opening just fine.

I have been submitting it as they occurred. You will have multiple submissions.
It even crashes in booted Safe Mode.
