Illustrator CC 2020 24.0.2 freezing after a period of use

I'm running Adobe Illustrator CC 2020 24.0.2

Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Intel i7-9800X

64Gb Ram

Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000

The issue i'm having is after an hour or two of designing the program without notice freezes. Right click or selection of menu options show no text until hovering over them when it will display the menu text. However, clicking on any options or text is unavailable and ultimately leads to force quiting the application through task manager. Luckily, 80% of the designs are not lost due to the recovery feature, but this is still a huge frustration as it happends a few times daily without warning. 

This will happen on basic flat designs without any raster effects as well as complex designs with effects. It's seems to be that the program reaches a certain limit of "clicks" and all of the sudden freezes. This also happens with or without GPU performance used. 

Does anyone have any solutions or experience with this?
