Illustrator CC Crashes In Tablet Mode on HP Spectre x360

Sorry to hear about this issue. You are right, a similar issue was reported with Surface pro as well, however, for few users it was fixed after installing the latest version (23.0.6). 

If you are not already on v 23.0.6, then we recommend you to update to latest version. If that doesn't help, kindly upvote this issue here: https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-bugs/suggestions/32800990-illustrator-crashes-when-using-surface-pen-to-draw and stay tuned for updates.

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.

Hey all

Illustrator regularly crashes every couple of hours when my Spectre x360 is in tablet mode when using the HP Pen. Is anyone else getting this? Could be a software issue as the same thing is happening on the Microsoft Surface according to this thread, https://www.reddit.com/r/Surface/comments/c30val/illustrator_crashes_with_sb2_in_studio_or_tablet/?ref=readnext.

Running Illustrator in power saving mode was suggested as a workaround, but it's still crashing. Any suggestions, or do we just have to wait for a Windows/display driver/Illustrator update to fix this?
