Illustrator cc dxf export troubles

Hello! I am far away from being a professional Illustrator user, so excuse my accidental stupidity.

Here what i'v got. I have to make dxf cut/crease files for ZUND machine. I have colors associated with cut/crease so ZUND can understand me. I have a color pallet with those colors in Illustrator.

But the problem is: when i export document to dxf illustrator more or less slightly changes colors of lines and because of that zund do not recognize those lines.

I set colors in AI file, then i export to dxf, then i open dxf in illustrator to check and i have different colors.

Can someone help me to understand whats going on, coz i have no clue. Thanks alot.

I'm not sure where you got the idea that a dxf is required, but according to the little I know on this subject, ZUND Design Center software should be in use at your desk, or surely, at the cutter operator's. It's an Illustrator plugin; hence my questioning the need of dxf. You should be able to submit an .ai file (of a version compatible with the recipient's install) and be done with it.
