Hello.
When using the Illustrator CC on my MAC, sometimes I use Hebrew language. When I do, the shortcuts such as I, V, Cmd+C etc. won't work.
Only if I switch back to english keyboard it does.
It only happens to me on illustrator.
Why?
You might want to post this on http://illustrator.uservoice.com
There the engineers will read it.
I have had issues with working in this situation as well (German System/English Illustrator), but that didn't happen with common keys such as C or V. So I would strongly suggest you put this as a bug in Uservoice.
