Illustrator CC2018 + High Sierra 13.5 - Still not working!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

Illustrator CC2018 is permanently slowing down (even with simple files). The selection tool select whatever, and whenever it wants, the zoom in zoom out is slow and then fast.. It almost looks like someone else is using my computer (which is not the case).

I have tried the previously suggested solutions:

> All preferences deleting

> OOBE deleting

etc

I also checked if it was coming from my trackpad and apart of Adobe apps, everything is working good.

But nothing is working; Illustrator is still not in working conditions... Which is very annoying as I have a job to do.

Can anyone help me?

I am quite desperate and start to consider to find an alternative to Illustrator (and this is hard for me as I began to use it in 1996)

Thanks

My computer:

Vitesse du processeur :    3,3 GHz

  Cache de niveau 3 :    4 Mo

Hello Monika,

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, the customer care chat seems to be out of order (or not existing).

I have logged in, indicated that it was about Illustrator / Troubleshoot... And the only option proposed to solve my problem is this forum :-/.
Any other suggestion?

Hi Virginieg,

I just tried, and got this far. Chat is seven days a week, but if you want phone support, you'll need to wait until tomorrow.

Also, try rebooting your computer and launching only Illustrator to see if that helps. Sometimes it does.
