Illustrator cc2019 (v23.1) closes when I try to save document on Windows 10

I had the cc2015 and the same thing happened to me, I uninstalled it and now with the cc2019 I have the same problem.

When I save the file, the program closes.

I've had the cc2015 for a while but in the last week I started to have the problem of closing when saving. What I can do?

Sorry to hear that you are facing problems with multiple versions. Could you please try installing v 23.0.6 and let us know how it works.

Please don't post Crash reports in this forum. Post them on pastebin and give us a link. So you have WIndows 10. There has been an update to that and since then a lot of people are experiencing issues. On the forums we don't know yet what has happened. Please check if a printer is properly set up. Please check if your printer drivers are still compatible. Maybe set the printer to Windows PDF. If that does not help, only Customer Care can help you: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
