Illustrator CEP Layer Names as Object IDs when exporting SVG

Not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes.

When I manually export an SVG there is an dropdown for Object IDs which has options for Layer Names, Minimal or Unique. How would I do the equivalent in a script. Nothing in the ExportOptionsSVG seems to work.
