Illustrator changes Rick Black to different black

Running into a baffling problem. I have a document, set to cmyk. When I set the color of an object to a rich black (60,40,40,100) then check it again after setting the color, it shows a different black: 75,68,67,90.

 

furthermore, If I copy an object with color 60,40,100,100  paste it into my current document, it likewise "changes" that color to 75,68,67,90

 

How do I stop this from happening?

Are you sure that your Document Color Mode is CMYK  (File > Document Color Mode) and not just the Color Panel set to CMYK?

I see, that looks buggy.

Did you already restart you machine? If that does not help, Reset Preferences?
