Illustrator Changing Object & Stroke Size

Illustrator keeps changing the size of my shapes and strokes to random decimals.

For example:

Created 2" x 2" square with a 3pt stroke.

Then I click off of the object and when I click it again it changes to random decimal numbers.

Such as: 1.920" x 2.123" with a 2.91pt stroke.

No matter how many times I go back and put the correct size and stroke, the minute I click off and go back it changes.

Solutions I've aleady attempted:

Uninstalled & reinstalled current AI

Restarted Computer

Installed the last version of AI instead of current update

Made sure all of the "Snap to.." options are off in both the view panel and perspective grid.

"Use Preview Bounds" is unchecked.

There are no hidden guides or perspective grid.

I've been looking for answers an here all morning and any help would be appreciated!
