Illustrator clipping mask print problem

Hello I have a problem with printing my 'ai file.'

- Every data was made by illustrator (no photoshop or other programs)

- I have several computer and only 1 device haver that problem (color settings are same)

- they are all same pantone color

When I print it, the regular area and clipping mask area have different color (even thay are same pantone color)

How can I make my device to other computers?

programs are all same 'illustrator cc'

but the problem one is microsoft, and other computers are apple
